Borpè Return & Refund Policy 🌊
At Borpè, we want every piece to feel like it was made just for you. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:
1. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, let us know within 24hours of receiving it. We’ll take care of the return at our cost and get you a replacement or full refund.
2. Size or Other Issues
If the size isn’t right, or you simply change your mind, we’ll issue a refund. Just send the item back in its original condition. Please note, in these cases, return shipping is on you.
3. How to Return

Pack your item safely and ship it back.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
4. Timing
We aim to handle all returns and refunds fast, but sometimes, like catching the perfect wave, it might take a bit longer. Hang tight we’ll get there!
5. Friendly Reminder
Returns must be in original condition. Worn, altered, or washed items may not be accepted we want everything to feel fresh for the next ride.
